American folk legend Tom Pacheco has written songs for some of the greats. He’s also a fan of the wacky tabaccy.
Now he’s teamed up with legalization advocacy group I Can Still Do That Foundation to put out a music video. It’s called Freida’s Secret Garden. And it’s shot in Humboldt County, the so-called Emerald Triangle, where much of the U.S.’s contraband weed has been grown.
The video follows an elderly woman named Freida, whose aches and pains (surprise, surprise) disappear in a puff of weed smoke.
“The fun, the healing compassion and sensible restoration of marijuana’s rightful place in society are all captured humorously in Tom’s lyric and rocking rhythm,” says the foundation’s advisor Michael O’Mallet.
Check the video out for yourself.
