Three in five people who visit cannabis dispensaries are first-timers

When it comes to retail weed, a lot of customer behaviour is still unclear. But a report released last week found that three out of five people who visit a dispensary in the U.S. are doing so for the first time.
But according to Zenreach Walk-Thru data, only 40 per cent are repeat customers. The study also found that customers visit approximately once a week.
What to make of that statistical line? On the one hand, it’s apparent that the industry is attracting a lot of newcomers. On the other, it’s somewhat concerning that less than half of all customers are motivated to come back.
