Is flavoured cannabis a good thing?

In a world where the turducken exists, is it that hard to imagine dragging on a joint that tastes like lemonade or cotton candy?

Nope. There are scientists out there currently working on genetically modifying cannabis so that flavouring is grown right into the plant. Apparently, it’s closer than we think, according to a New York Post column by John Crudele.

Scientists he’s talking to have told him about all the weird things they’re trying to grow into cannabis, including flavours and specific effects.

But as he pointed out, this might not be a great thing. Really, do we need grape flavoured weed when grape blunt wraps exist?

Food for thought.
