Mike Tyson wants to set up a pot farm on an island
The former boxing champ turned pot entrepreneur wants to cash in on the thousands of British tourists who visit Antigua and Barbuda every year

If you’ve ever smoked weed in Britain you know that most of it sucks and it costs a lot. So the prospect of smoking with Mike Tyson on a Caribbean island is, as you can imagine, an enticing one.
Tyson, who owns a weed ranch in California and has been in the news pretty regularly lately for increasingly bizarre pot pronouncements, is back. This time with a plan to build a weed farm in Antigua and Barbuda. He says he wants to cash in on the thousands of British tourists who visit the islands every year.
Turns out the Antiguan prime minister is so jazzed about the idea that he’s been telling everyone himself. He thinks it’s going to make Antigua the epicentre of the weed world.
“It will be like the Davos of cannabis,” Gaston Browne told the Sun. According to the PM, Tyson and his peeps are also interested in establishing a hotel on the islands.
