Grandparents are smoking as much cannabis as high schoolers
Next time your parents (or grandparents) lecture you about pot, tell them their friends are doing it

Pot entrepreneurs around the world are high on selling to the affluent baby boomer market. Getting older people who may have stopped consuming weed during the “Just Say No” administration of Ronald Reagan, means big revenues for anyone who cracks that code.
And there are signs that it’s already happening.
According to a new study published in The Fresh Toast, about as many boomers smoke weed as high schoolers these days in the United States — around 7 per cent. That’s a shift since recent data has also shown that boomers are less likely to support legalization.
So next time your parents (or grandparents) lecture you about pot, tell them their friends are doing it… again.
