Behold the future: buck-a-buzz weed tablets
Cannabis company dosist thinks it’s a concept worth trying for the weed market

Residents of the second-largest jurisdiction with legal pot in the world (Ontario) will remember all the hubbub over buck-a-beer promises during last year’s provincial election. It became the butt of jokes.
But California-based cannabis company Dosist thinks it’s a concept worth trying for the weed market. Their idea: buck-a-buzz weed tablets. Each tablet has just under 4 milligrams of THC, so it’s a mild dose, kind of like beer for a buck.
The company specializes in low-dose products so their new gambit is pretty simple.
“We didn’t want to go the gummy, candy or brownie routes,” company CEO Gunner Winston told Gear Patrol. “Our brand is precision.”
The brand is also no stranger to publicity. They launched an entire ad campaign last year based on the fact that they weren’t able to sell cannabis products in Canada.
