Molecule Holdings introduces line of coffee-flavoured cannabis drinks in Canada

The coffee-inspired selection of beverages launches in 2022.

Canadian cannabis enthuasiasts will have something new to choose from in the coming year.

Molecule Holdings Inc. has announced a line of coffee-flavoured beverages under the brand name Canajo.

The Lansdowne, Ontario-based cannabis beverage producer stated in a news release that the selection will feature different levels of THC and CBD.

CEO David Reingold explained that the offerings include a “Nitro-infused Oat Milk Latte” with two milligrams of THC and 10 mg of of CBD.

In addition, the company will have an “Espresso Spice” with 10 mg of THC.

“Our beverage team did an amazing job in creating such a great line-up of products,” Reingold said in the media release Wednesday (November 24).

The Canajo line of “coffee-inspired” drinks will launch in early 2022, the company announced.

On October 17, 2019, so-called Cannabis 2.0 products became legal in Canada, a year after recreational weed was allowed in the country.

These are edible cannabis, extracts, and topicals.

Regulations cap at 10 mg the amount of THC, which is the psychoactive element in pot, per package of cannabis-infused food or beverage.
