Legendary rock guitarist Carlos Santana and former presidential candidate Andrew Yang will be keynote speakers at a virtual cannabis event next week.

The Cannabis Business Cyber Summit will feature more than 50 educational sessions, virtual tours, and interactive experiences, and runs from November 10 to 12.

CannCentral noted Santana’s fondness for weed, and his unwavering support for its legalization, in a blog a few weeks back. Additionally, Santana recently launched his cannabis brand Mirayo by Santana.

“If you’ve been to a Santana concert,” says the rocker on the company’s website, “you may have heard me take a minute between songs to advocate the spiritual use of cannabis. Why? I’ll explain it this way: I’m a flame-keeper for the spiritual re-evolution that made a happening like Woodstock possible, the striving of universal love.

“Cannabis has special properties in my experience to enhance meditative reflection,” he adds, “sensual perception and creative expression. It can dispel negative doubt to reveal the everlasting gift of our uniqueness. I advocate cannabis as a door to divine wisdom.”

Cannabis-conference first-timer Andrew Yang, meanwhile, lost out to Joe Biden in his quest to become the 2020 Democratic presidential nominee. Moreover, he just seems like the happy kinda guy you’d wanna share a toke with.
