BevCanna Enterprises Inc. has announced that it will start of production of cannabis-infused beverages in June this year.

In the particular, the manufacture fulfills orders by white-label clients of the Vancouver-based company.

A BevCanna media release Friday (May 21) stated that consumers can find products on the shelves this summer.

White label manufacturing involves a partnership between a manufacturer and a brand company.

To explain, the manufacturer produces the product, and its partner provides the brand.

For example, Bevcanna announced on March 31, 2021 an agreement to produce cannabis beverages for Enthusiasmus.

Enthusiasmus operates as a marketing firm. It created the beverage brand Chapeau Noir.

Moreover, the agreement provides that BevCanna will manufacture Chapeau Noir and distribute the products nationally.

Under the partnership, Enthusiasmus will define product strategy, and manage design and branding.

In addition, BevCanna announced on March 30 this year a white-label agreement with State B Cannabis Beverage Co.

Mixocologist and sommelier Kelly Ann Woods launched State B, which forms part of a house of brands called Brujera Elixirs.

The agreement provides product manufacture and sale by BevCanna. For its part, State B will take care of design, brand and marketing.

BevCanna provides path for cannabis businesses

With its while label model, BevCanna allows cannabis licence holders and non-licensed consumer packaged groups to enter the Canadian beverage market.

The company manufactures plant-based and cannabis beverages for in-house brands and white-label clients.

It also owns an alkaline spring water aquifer in B.C.

In addition, the company boasts of a 40,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, with an annual bottling capacity of 210 million bottles.

In the May 21 release, the business also announced a June start of manufacturing for traditional beverages.

Naturo Group, a company that BevCanna has acquired, will produce beverages for white-label clients.

Further, BevCanna president Melise Panetta noted “strong demand for both operations”.

“We’re ready and eager to start production within the month,” Panetta said.

The company trades in the Canada Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol BEV. As of this post, its stock was trading at $0.66 each.
